Zakhmi is a story of an orphan girl Saira who works in a bank and falls in love with Rohan Mallik and ends up marrying him. Her life takes a shocking turn when Rohan dies and the series of events shows that it was a murderer. In search of culprit, saira gets gang-raped, battered and left to die. But nothing breaks her and she swears to take revenge. Overall, series is a decent watch as plot manages to grab viewers attention.
